Everything, Everywhere, All at Once

PROJECT 1

During my travels in Asia, I was fortunate enough to live in a 1-bedroom apartment above a Chinese noodle shop. Mrs. Cheng, my landlady and owner of the Noodle shop, will serve me dinner every night, for free. I think it was the leftovers from her restaurant, but to a wondering-broke writer, it was some of the best food I ever had.

I promised her, that someday I will write a story about her and her kindness. This was for you Mrs. Cheng, wherever you are in the world, I hope your luck never runs out.

PROJECT 2

One thing about me, I like telling different type of stories. To tell the story of RRR, I had to immerse myself in Indian culture, the food, the dance, the music and the people. Of all my travels and of all the places I have been, I was treated the most kindly in India. so, when I went to tell an Indian story, I knew it had to be epic. 

How epic? Epic enough to rise, roar and revolt.

One of best friends and best stories is from my time in India, as you can imagine, we invented the "Naacho-Naacho" dance like it's no big deal.

THE BATMAN

PROJECT 3

My approach to Batman was different, I wanted to create a Bruce Wayne was visibly scarred emotionally and psychologically by the death of his parent. Who is more of a "Batman" than "Bruce Wayne". A man who lurks mostly at night, trying to save the very city that took his own parents at very young age. A man who sees himself as Gotham's last hope against a never-ending night of madness.

Can you ever imagine a Gotham City without Batman?

PROJECT 4

I remember really enjoying Tobey Mcguire's spiderman as kid growing up, then Andrew Garfield's, then Tom Holland's. So, when I heard they were doing multiverse movie, I jumped at the chance to help tell it and capture some of that youthful nostalgia that we've all manage to lose growing up. I wanted to write a feel-good story, that was also a coming-of-age story and a bromance across different timelines.

I don't know if you have notice, but we are really into sci-fi.

PROJECT 5

My approach to Arcane was different. I wanted to show that a video game could get a great adaption, even a game like league of legends. Besides, it's always great writing with people in mind or with already well-known established characters. Arcane season 2 and 3 are done, will be coming up soon, after the thorough editing process is complete. You think season 1 was great? Season 2 will be much greater.

Did you enjoy my critique of capitalism? It's all luck, skills have nothing to do with it. Currently working on Season 2. They will be more deaths, more games, more obnoxious rich people, one man leading the fighting against the system with help from his little fairy friends. Wait until this read this script, I don't know how i come up with half this stuff, most of the time, all I know is I love writing.
